Returns

365 days from the point you place your order, no questions asked.

  • Exchanges are free and will be processed upon receipt of the return. Please indicate above the exchange you require.
  • Return within 30 days for a refund back to your original payment method
  • Returns requested after 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit via an e-gift card to the email address used for your order. This is then valid for up to 6 months.

Just make sure that all the tags are still on, and ideally you have the original packaging and we'll be pleased to help.

If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, we don‘t promise a full refund. But talk to us if you‘re unhappy. We want to fix it.

Don’t Worry... just include a note with the following information will do:

  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Your order number
  • Item code and reason for the return.
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange. 

Not a problem, you can use any secure bag or box to get your item back to us but please ensure that products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original product packaging.

I'm afraid if we receive a return that has been damaged in transit and is not resellable, we will be unable to refund.

Log into your account , and then request a return. Please advise if you would like an exchange, just email us at customerservices@bunker-mentality.com and we can put your exchanged item into work for you.

UK Customer Returns

Whether you want to swap for the next size, a different colour, or simply would like a refund, we'll always do our best to meet your needs and requirements.

For sure you can! You can ship your items back to us for an exchange or refund provided that they come back to us in a saleable condition.

Include your returns paperwork clearly stating what exchange you would like, or if you require a refund.

Refunds will exclude any postage costs and must be returned in original packaging, unworn, with labels still intact. We will only be able to refund if the returned item is in a saleable condition. Thanks for your understanding.

Once your return has been approved, you can send it back to us via Royal Mail.

When we receive your returned parcel into our warehouse, our returns team will take care of it for you.

If you have requested an exchange, we shall process this on our system, and have the replacement item(s) sent out to you at no extra cost. If you need this for a certain date, please get in contact with us and please remember that every item is Made to Order so it will take a few production days to get it back to you.

If you have requested a refund, our returns team will check over the garment to make sure it meets our returns policy and then process your refund accordingly. We will always refund to your original payment method or to a Gift E-Card, let us now which you prefer.

Your return will be processed within 9 days of receipt, and your refund processed wtihin 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you have ordered from outside of the UK, you can return your order but return will be using your own courier at your own cost.

We are unable to offer free returns just yet, sorry.

If you are outside of the UK please organise the return using your own courier at your own cost.

We strongly suggest to use a tracked delivery option incase we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.

Sorry, we are unable to offer a free returns service for this just right now but we will ship your exchange item to you Free of Charge.

Be sure to package your return securely, and ensure that it is marked as a "RETURN" to avoid any hidden charges.
