What cookies are

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between page views — like items in your basket — or let us and our partners understand how the site is used.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary - required to run the site, process orders and keep your basket working. These are always active and can't be switched off, as the site won't work properly without them.

Analytics - help us understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session activity (such as clicks, scrolling and page views) to help us spot and fix usability problems. These are only set if you accept.

Marketing - used to show you relevant ads and measure how well our marketing works. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Klaviyo's tracking scripts, which support email personalisation and marketing campaigns. These are only set if you accept.

Managing your consent

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies aren't covered by this choice, as the site can't function without them.

How long we keep cookie data

Cookies vary in how long they last - some expire when you close your browser, others persist for longer (typically up to 12–24 months) to remember your preferences or recognise you on a return visit. Our analytics and marketing partners set their own retention periods under their own policies.
