Joy for Luke with Dubai win!

Bunker Mentality would like to congratulate ambassador Luke Joy on his latest win. Luke was playing in his first MENA Golf Tour event at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club in Dubai. Luke finished regulation play tied on -5 with New Zealand’s Trevor Marshall and was forced to test his nerves in a play-off. Confidence would be high as both golfers had shot 68 in the final round to force extra holes. They both settled for par on the opening play-off hole, but drama on the second provided Luke with the win! “It feels just fantastic to win your first tournament in your your first appearance in the Middle East. I hope it’s just the start and more success will follow soon. It’s not that easy to score on this course, but it’s a tribute to the competitive spirit of the field that we had some very good performances.” said Luke after collecting his winners trophy!
