Bradley hits early contender for Shot of the Year
Keegan Bradley looked dead and buried when he blocked his tee shot at the closing hole in his match with Adam Scott at the WGC Match Play. He then proceeded to hit a punch-out stinger that cut from left to right, avoid the bunkers and run down off the slope to four feet.
The on-course commentator John Wood, who caddied on tour for the likes of Hunter Mahan, said it went straight into the 'top three shots I've ever seen in my life' though he was unable to add anything better.
The American then confidently knocked in the putt to grab a half though with a defeat and a draw from his first two matches it meant that he was knocked out anyway.
Bradley caught most of the headlines on day one when taking an age to line up a putt in his opening match with Jordan Spieth, before then missing it.
A stinger slice from the rough thru the trees 👀@Keegan_Bradley makes an unreal birdie on 18 win the hole and earn a tie in his match against Adam Scott.
