Because ‘Style Matters’…in golf

We first noticed the emerging trend for the roll neck back in autumn 2014 and decided that we would lead the pack when designing our A/W 2016 golf jumpers to bring this classic of contemporary menswear into the golf arena. With a strong sartorial past when worn by menswear style icons like Steve McQueen, Sir Micheal Caine and golfs’ own Arnold Palmer, the inspiration started to flow. Our retro handwriting clearly shows that there is authenticity in our designs, we’re delighted to say that this roll neck can justifiably be tagged as such. This is the ‘stand out’ piece of the golf sweater collection.

As we always design from the perspective of performance and style, the merino yarn that we have sourced exhibits excellent technical capabilities, (take a look at our ‘homage’ to Merino here) and then we curated the  asymetric vertical stripe in hot pink with this finished effect.

Perfect for your layering system, start with a t-shirt base layer, add the merino roll neck jumper finishing with a final outer shell if needed. Perfect for this top layer is the Norton Wind Jacket creating a stylish look for on or off the course during the winter season.
