Are you still shipping orders?
It is business as usual here in Bunker HQ, we are still shipping orders on a daily basis (working days) and are strictly following government advice through the new restrictions. We have a duty of care towards our team and our couriers collecting parcels from us and are focused on providing a safe and healthy environment. The rest of our team are working remotely where possible.
Are there delivery delays?
We are seeing delivery delays from all our shipping partners at the moment due to the volume of parcels that they are having to deal with. Please allow extra time to allow for this... we are shipping as normal, but we are seeing delays of up to a week on standard shipping.
If you need your order for a specific date that is in the near future, then please select an upgraded shipping method. Our standard shipping is taking up to 7 working days to arrive, often much sooner but we request that you allow this time. Standard shipping is not a tracked service, and a scan will only be seen on the parcel when it is delivered. The tracking number is a parcel identification number, rather than to be used for tracking.

Extended returns policy?
We do understand that it is more difficult to return or exchange items right now. So we will extend our normal returns policy to from 30 to 60 days on any purchases. If you are looking for an exchange and you are delayed in returning it to us, just email us as firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to work out how to get your exchange to you.
SHIPPING WITH THE NEW EU REGULATIONS
As you may have read or experienced, there are still some delays with shipping/ couriers/ postage around Europe.
With lots of new regulations in place, less courier staff and shipping staff working due to Covid issues, it has meant things are taking a little longer than we usually expect. We thank you in advance for your patience and assure you we are doing all we can to get deliveries to you as fast as we can. We are working with our shipping partners to find the best routes to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
As of 12/02/21, all EU orders are now being sent on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid) which means you only pay the price you see at checkout. Your order will reflect your national sales tax rate but you will face no additional charges/taxes/tariffs ahead of delivery.
We have experienced some delays when shipping with the new regulations, but please be assured, your order is not far away and we promise it will be worth the wait! WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Bunker Mentality ships 'world wide' every working day of the year. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock. After 2pm GMT, orders will leave on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Next day shipping will be delivered on the next 'working' day. If you need a Saturday delivery, please contact us.

DO YOU ALWAYS MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control. If you are experiencing a delay, just contact us on email@example.com
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Through our partnership with Global-e, we can offer both Standard and Express Shipping which is calculated during checkout with full tracking. The price of shipping is based on a number of factors, including the chosen service level (Standard or Express), the destination country, the number of items purchased and the total weight of the parcel. You will be able to see the exact shipping costs in your preferred currency during the checkout process.
We do offer a free shipping option based on a minimum spend, details will be shown at checkout.
Standard Service - this is not a fully tracked service, and depending upon your location may take slightly longer than expected due to freight delays around the world. Please double check your tracking information closely, and please bare in mind when you need your item when selecting this option.
Express Service - this is carried out by DHL, and they will often aim to deliver in as little as 3 days from dispatch to even some of the furthest reaches of the world. This service is fully tracked, and delivery updates will be provided as part of the service.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, CAN I BUY IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
We’ve partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Bunker Mentality products to your country.
When you buy our products, you will see that your payment method is charged by "Global-e// Bunker Mentality". You can be confident that your payment is secure.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW MUCH WILL TAXES AND DUTY COST?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the European Union. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
We can now offer you an option to pre pay any duties and taxes at checkout for certain shipping methods. This option gives you the peace of mind that upon receipt of goods there are no further hidden costs. This method is highly recommended when shopping outside of the European Union.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFT VOUCHERS AND HOW QUICKLY WILL THEY ARRIVE?
GIFT VOUCHERS will be sent to the purchaser by email with a unique voucher code which will only be valid for one transaction. The Gift Voucher will be emailed to you immediately that payment has been received. The unique voucher code must be entered at the checkout at the point of purchase when all items are in the basket. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total basket price. Please note, these cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
CAN I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel. Some orders will be sent without full tracking information, however these orders do come with a delivery confirmation alert. We do offer a fully tracked service which allows peace of mind and a quicker delivery service.
