We are unable to offer free returns just yet, sorry. You can either use our returns portal if it is available to your region, where you can get preferential rates.

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the UK. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.
We can now offer you an option to pre pay any duties and taxes at checkout for certain shipping methods. This option gives you the peace of mind that upon receipt of goods there are no further hidden costs. This method is highly recommended when shopping outside of the European Union.
It is your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
For sure you can! You can ship your items back to us for an exchange or refund.

Please ensure that you include your returns paperwork clearly stating what exchange you would like, or if you require a refund.
Refunds will exclude any postage costs and must be returned in original packaging, unworn, with labels still intact
If you are outside of the UK you can use either our paid returns option, or your organise your own return.
Use our partner Global-E's returns portal, which offers subsidised rates for shipping fully tracked parcels. The cost of your return will be deducted from the amount that you are refunded.
Otherwise, please send your order back with your preferred courier. It would be advisable for you to send this back via a tracked delivery option incase we encounter any problems receiving your returning parcel.

If you have any problems with the returns procedure, please email us before sending so we can help and ensure that all returns details are correct.
Don’t despair! Just include a note with the following information will do:
1. Your name, address, and phone number.
2. Your order number.
3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).
4. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will send you an email when your return is completed.
Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Jack and his team will then see what they can do for you.
