Returns & Exchanges

We offer a No Quibble Exchange and Returns policy as we want you to be delighted with your Bunker Items.

60 days from the point you place your order, no questions asked.

You don‘t have to explain yourself. If you‘re not happy with the product - that‘s all we need to know. Ideally you‘ll tell us why, so we can improve things - but that‘s up to you.

We promise to refund any products that you are not entirely happy with provided that they come back to us in a saleable condition. 

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we don‘t promise a full refund. But talk to us if you‘re unhappy. We want to fix it.

Don’t despair! Just include a note with the following information will do:

1. Your name, address, and phone number.

2. Your order number.

3. Item code(s) and reason for the return(s).

4. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange. 

Not a problem, you can use any secure bag or box to get your item back to us.

Please ensure that products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original product packaging.

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will send you an email when your return is completed.

Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Jack and his team will then see what they can do for you.

UK Customers

Whether you want to swap for the next size, a different colour, or simply would like a refund, we'll always do our best to meet your needs and requirements.

For sure you can! You can ship your items back to us for an exchange or refund provided that they come back to us in a saleable condition.

You'll need the email you used to place the order, your order number & the product code or SKU. Just follow the instructions to get either a QR code or a returns label ready to be printed.

Please ensure that you include your returns paperwork clearly stating what exchange you would like, or if you require a refund.


Refunds will exclude any postage costs and must be returned in original packaging, unworn, with labels still intact. We will only be able to refund if the returned item is in a saleable condition. Thanks for your understanding.

As soon as we receive your returned parcel into our warehouse, our returns team will take care of it for you.

If you have requested an exchange, we shall process this on our system, and have the replacement item(s) sent out to you at no extra cost. If you need this for a certain date, please get in contact with us.

If you have requested a refund, our returns team will check over the garment to make sure it meets our returns policy and then process your refund accordingly. We will always refund to your original payment method, however if you would prefer this to be loaded onto a gift card to spend at a later date then just let us know.

International Customers

Even if you have ordered from outside of the UK, we have tried our best to make our returns as smooth as possible for all of our customers around the world.

We are unable to offer free returns just yet, sorry. However, you can use our returns portal by clicking below where you can get preferential rates.

The best way to do this is to place another order for the product that you would like which will be processed immediately.

The item that you would like to return, just either use our returns service or you can of course source your own returns courier if that is more convenient.

Sorry, we are unable to offer a free returns service for this just right now.

Be sure to package your return securely, and ensure that it is marked as a "RETURN" to avoid any hidden charges.

Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange for you and dispatch this back out to you.

If you want to take advantage of the preferential returns costs then we suggest placing a new order through our website and we shall treat your return as a refund.

One advantage of doing this is that it is much faster and you'll have your new garment much quicker!

Shipping

Shipping & Order Dispatch

We ship worldwide on a daily basis. there are several delivery options for you to choose from including free shipping (minimum spend applies) to a fast fully tracked service if you need it.

Our HQ and warehouse is in a small village in Nottinghamshire, UK. Wherever you are in the world, your parcel will be shipped from here.

UK Customers

We ship from our warehouse in Nottinghamshire from Monday to Friday with various delivery speeds available. As always, we shall try and meet your needs, so please let us know if you have any requests or questions.

There are several options to choose from. You can select the service that you would like when you are at the checkout.

Royal Mail 48 Free on spend over £50 or £2.95 (3-7 days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 £3.95 with full tracking

Royal Mail Next Day / Saturday delivery. £5.95 or £8.95. Your order must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch. **PLEASE NOTE - this service always requires a signature and cannot be diverted or left with a neighbour**

Pretty fast, but it does depends on the shipping option you select at checkout. We will pick same day for orders placed before 2pm wherever we can.

UK

All orders are sent Royal Mail 48 as standard, which takes 2-7 working days for delivery/ You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation within a couple of days of placing your order latest.

If you need it more quickly then, we recommend selecting the Express Tracked shipping option which will mean that your parcel is sent Royal Mail 24 Tracked

Next Working Day & Saturday Delivery is our fastest service. Please order before before 2pm on a working day for same day dispatch. If you order after the cut-off, we'll ship on the next working day for delivery the following working day after dispatch.

International Customers

For customers outside of the UK, we have teamed up with an international dispatch partner to be able to offer multiple shipping options at the most competitive rates to suit all needs and budgets.

All duties and taxes are included in the Item price

There are no additional taxes or duties to pay.

No. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, Global-E, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Global-E. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the UK.

These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.

We can now offer you an option to pre pay any duties and taxes at checkout for certain shipping methods. This option gives you the peace of mind that upon receipt of goods there are no further hidden costs. This method is highly recommended when shopping outside of the European Union.

There are many different options based on your location which can be seen when you checkout.

When you land on our website, our clever technology will determine where you are in the world and show you our products in your currency.

When you reach the checkout, we will offer the available payment methods & shipping times. Please take note of the transit times that are quoted as these are accurate.

If you need your order for a specific date, we would like to suggest Express Courier which is fully tracked.
