Your fit, guaranteed

Every Bunker custom fit garment is crafted to order in your chosen chest and length. If the fit isn't quite right, we'll remake it in a different combination, free of charge.

How it works

  1. Order: choose your design, chest size and length.
  2. Crafted for you in 10 days: your garment is made individually to your order. Nothing comes off a shelf.
  3. Delivered: most orders arrive within 3 weeks of ordering. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £70
  • Orders under £70: £3.95 UK delivery
  • Delivered by Evri or Royal Mail, with tracking sent to your inbox
  • International delivery is available. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout, and transit times are in addition to the 10 days' crafting.

Because every garment is crafted to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for UK delivery, and longer during peak periods such as Christmas.

Our fit guarantee

If your custom fit isn't quite right, we'll remake it in a different chest and length combination, free of charge.

To request a remake:

  1. Contact us at customerservices@bunker-mentality.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Tell us your order number and what doesn't feel right, for example tight across the chest or too long.
  3. We'll help you choose the right combination and send you a free returns label for the original.
  4. Your remake is crafted and sent to you in the usual 10 days plus delivery.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and packaging. We'd also be grateful if you could fold your garment carefully back into its original bag, so it arrives in perfect condition.

In the rare case we can't find your fit, we'll offer a full refund.

Returns

As every garment is made to order, we'd love to get your size right first time. If you have any questions about sizing, email us at customerservices@bunker-mentality.com or jump on live chat. We're real people, not bots.

Changed your mind? We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 days from receipt. Any faults are covered as standard. Just contact us and we'll put it right.

Personalised garments are made exclusively for you, so they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
