UPDATED RETURS POLICY DURING COVID-19 CRISIS.
Due to the social restrictions that we are all currently experiencing, we have extended our returns policy to a 60-day window for orders shipped after March 25th. Its the least that we can do to support everyone through this difficult time.
If you have received your order and want to exchange for a different size or product, just get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you to get your new Bunker gear to you asap.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURS POLICY?
We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 30 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (excluding any delivery charges) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked. These items returned should be in their original condition. Please remember not to remove any labels / barcodes or tags attached to the items, or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the items. All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
FREE UK RETURNS
To offer continuous high levels of customer service we have now introduced free returns for customer in the UK via Royal. Mail. If you have changed your mind about your purchase or we're undecided on sizing and ordered two garments you can return the additional items back to us free of charge.
Just visit the Royal Mail returns page hereand print off your label. Attach it to your parcel and drop it in at your nearest post office.
It will arrive back to us in a few days and we will process your exchange or return
Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us at Customerservices@bunker-mentality.com to cancel your order.
I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM YOU AND NOW THE PRICE HAS BE REDUCED IN THE SALE, WILL YOU HONOUR THE NEW PRICE?
No problem, we are happy to match the lower price in the form of a credit on your account. As long as it was purchased at full price within 7 days of the price being lowered, and as long as we have the size and colour of your initial order in stock. We will issue you with a voucher to the value of the discount that you can spend on your next checkout. The value of the credit will need to be spent in one go and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT?
No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the Returns Note that was included in your package
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are returning in the UK, we offer UK returns via Royal Mail by clicking HERE and completing the details. We will happily post you out a different size or style for free if you prefer an exchange.
For international customers, we can organise the return for you through our partner shipper. If you would like us to organise this, then we would refund the balance of your order if you are looking for a refund.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us!

THE LEGAL BIT
If you return any item purchased from the website within 30 days, subject to any damage to the product not being due to your negligence, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not be yours until the 1 month post - delivery period has expired. When we receive returned goods, G-Partners Ltd T/As Bunker Mentality will refund you in full the amount you paid for them (less the postage) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You must, however, return the goods to Bunker Mentality on cancellation so that we can do this.
Bunker Mentality's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Bunker Mentality to the customer. Bunker Mentality shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Bunker Mentality cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the garment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
